Tariffs for 2026
The Craigrothie Village Hall as of May 2026 is available for Hire. The Large Hall has a maximum capacity of 80 people. There are 2 main meeting rooms, the Large Hall and the Sunny Room. The Sunny Room can be configured via moveable doors to hold either 15 or 12 people. It is also possible to open up the whole space combining the large hall and the Sunny Room
There is a kitchen available for tea and coffee making. There are 3 standard use toilets and an accessible toilet.
Community & Regular User Rates (Resident of Craigrothie & Chance Inn)
The Main (Large) Hall is available at £20 per hour
The Greater Sunny Room is available at £15 per hour when configured for 15 people
The lesser Sunny Room is available at £12 per hour when configured for 12 people
Meeting/Function Rates
The Large Hall is available at £35 per hour
The Greater Sunny Room is available at £25 per hour when configured for 15 people
The lesser Sunny Room is available at £22 per hour when configured for 12 people
Whole / Half Day Hire
Whole day and half day hire is also available; Whole day hire with prior day time for setup and following day for clear down is available from £500.00.

Introductory Rates
If a new club or activity is considering using the hall for 11 bookings in a year there is a 25% off the first 4 bookings
Use of Facilities Room Hire includes if required tables and chairs and non exclusive use of the kitchen (if only one room is hired).
