Craigrothie Village Hall collects direct information for the following purposes:
100 Club: physical address as required by Charity Status to deliver prize and membership card
Email: general correspondence stored in Outlook
Hall Users: name, phone number, physical address for invoicing
COVID: name, phone number for tracking and tracing purposes
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:
- Your consent – form completion for 100 Club
- Hall user and contractor obligation – documentation required for bookings and invoices / receipts
- Legal obligation – Charity obligation and accounting purposes
Information is stored in hard copy and soft copy by the CVH Treasurer.
This information is not shared with other organisations or individuals out-side the CVH Committee or auditor.
If you no longer wish your information to be held for purposes of 100 Club you may contact the Committee at the address, email or phone number provided above. Your data will be removed and your membership will be cancelled.

You have right of access to ask CVH for a copy of your information held relating to the 100 Club membership details and as a hall user and as a contractor for any work carried out at the hall.
You have right of access to ask CVH to rectify and / or update any information.
You have right of access to erasure any personal information in certain circumstances.
You have right of access to restrict processing of personal information in certain circumstances.
You have right of access to object to processing of personal information in certain circumstances.
You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
